About The Admin

Hello guys, my name is Angie and I’ve been writing as Mayday for 10 years (2013). Over the years I’ve created my own little canon about Mayday but I’ll get to that in a bit! I’m very open to crossovers and random tags so please feel free to @ me whenever boredom strikes. I like to write action, obviously fantasy, and fluff. I find that most of the time my writing habits put Mayday in difficult situations and I admit I like to see how SL’s play out between her and her father’s enemies. I’ve been on Twitter rp for quite some time now but I do spend a lot of my time on Instagram. I’ve made and lost contact with friends over the years but I hope to write with everyone even if we’ve just met! Role Play has been my sanctuary and a place where I can develop my skills as a writer. I’ve been rping since 2008 and hope to continue for more years to come. ♥️Something that should be noted. NSFW material is written in DM ONLY and I prefer write these themes with ship-mates (not required). You don’t have to have liked my shipping call for us to talk about developing this type of relationship. All Rated S Material has to be built up. My portrayal of May is Pansexual. NSFW Material DOES NOT apply to Mini May.I will not tolerate r!pe rp, automatic sm!t, inc*st or taboo.

About Mayday

[𝐌𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬.]
Maybelle Anna “Mayday” Parker is a daughter of Spider-Man and his wife, Mary Jane Watson. Or is she? Just after the birth of Little May Parker, Norman Osborn Sr (good ol’ Gobby) hired Alison Mongrain to kidnap and dispose of the infant Parker while abroad in Europe. Plans changed, and instead, Alison was expected to hand the baby off to Rene DeJunae. At some point, Norman Osborn Sr had cloned the baby and left the clone in the care of Rene. Kaine, a clone of Spider-Man, had tracked baby May to Rene and rescued her from a potentially gruesome fate at the hands of the Brotherhood of the Scriers, who planned on sacrificing the infant. Kaine returned the cloned infant to Peter & Mary Jane. Peter & Mary Jane Parker raised her alongside their older son, Peter Jr. May eventually began to develop powers that flourished and faded at different times in May’s life. Finally, once May turned fifteen, her powers settled in for good. Learning about her abilities and realizing who her father was made Mayday feel like a freak at first, but she came to terms with who she was and who she was meant to be. Shortly after her powers settled, the Green Goblin seemingly returned from the dead. He threatened the lives of her parents. May knew she had to do something or risk losing them. With her brother away, she was the only one who could step in. May donned the spider suit that once belonged to Benjamin “Ben” Reilly and made her first appearance as Spider-Girl!
My portrayal follows May into adulthood. She is presently 24 and will be turning 25 on Nov. 2nd of this year.

Alternate Versions

I also write as alternate versions of Mayday that I’ve come up with for my own entertainment.Mini May
—a Mayday born in 2016 and is presently 6 years old. She shows signs of powers here and there.
Detective May
— a version of May’s future in which she follows her dad’s footsteps into the Police Department, though not as a forensic scientist.
this version is in her 30’s / 40’s
Antihero May
— a version of May’s future in which she casts aside her father’s teachings after the deaths of her loved ones.
this version is also in her 30’s / 40’s
The Boys!May
— a version of May where she is the first in her family to obtain spider abilities. She hates the Seven but doesn’t associate with Billy and his crew. An Independent Supe saving Manhattan one day at a time as “Spider-Woman!”
this version is in her 20’s
Batwoman May
— a version of (mini) May’s future. She meets and falls in love with Terry McGinnis. After her father’s death, she makes the decision to leave New York and live with Terry in Gotham. After receiving some “bat training,” she becomes his Batwoman.
this version is in her 20’s / 30’s

Alternate Earths

Some information on the other Earth’s May has visited.Earth 527
—Earth 527 is relatively similar to Earth 982. However, unlike in 982, in 527, Norman Osborn Sr succeeded in destroying not only Spider-Man but also his family. The only survivor of the Parker family tree is a young teenaged Mayday who now lives on Earth 550. This world’s Norman Osborn’s grandson, Ambrose cast aside his family name and took up the Spider-Man mantle after the deaths of the Parkers.
Earth 550
— This earth is similar to the Main timeline, 616. All of your favorite heroes exist but are not quite how they’re remembered. On this earth, Peter Parker is only in his second year as Spider-Man (17). Most of his superhero peers are also similar in age.

[🕷] — powers
–– Spider Physiology; May possesses powers inherited from her father, including the proportionate strength, speed, and agility of a spider. While unable to lift 10 tons like her dad, she is more agile than Peter. May also has super equilibrium.
––Spider-Sense; She also has the subconscious premonition of "danger" sense known as her "spider-sense." May's spider-sense seems to be more developed than her fathers.: Whereas Spider-Man could only get a feeling that a particular spot was dangerous to him (or similarly to the preservation of his secret identity), Spider-Girl is able to sense the exact direction from which the danger comes. In addition, whereas Spider-Man's spider-sense simply registered a general sense of danger (with the strength of the response being in proportion to the amount of danger he was in), Spider-Girl can recognize sources of danger. This allows her to determine whether the danger is posed by a familiar source (such as an attack by a familiar foe) or is a new threat. This applies even if she has incomplete knowledge of the source of danger. For example, if May is being spied on by an unknown observer on several different occasions, she is able to tell if each incident involves the same, or a different observer as a previous incident.
––Wall Crawling; Like her father, May possesses the ability to manipulate the inter-atomic binding forces of matter, allowing her to form temporary molecular bonds between her body and another object, which in turn enables her to cling to solid surfaces and scale walls simply by placing her hands on them. Her electrostatic ability to stick to surfaces is considerably more powerful than Peter's, however, wall crawling does not come as naturally to May as to her father, and must always concentrate to stick to surfaces. She also has the ability to transmit this ability through objects for short distances. For example, Spider-Girl could stick to the floor, and by transmitting her electrostatic "stickiness" through the floor, cause all people and objects in contact with the floor (within a reasonable distance) to become stuck in place. Lastly, she can reverse this ability and instead repel off of a surface. This is generally used to add power to her jumps, but has also been used to repel people and objects away from her at great speeds. This ability is assumed unique to her, though she suggested to Ben Parker that the others simply haven't thought or tried to use their powers in this manner.
––Spider-Enhanced Regenerative Healing Somewhat like her father, she has the ability to regenerate from serious injuries, however it doesn't necessarily count as a healing factor. Also, it is slightly more inferior than her father's.
